The best way to lose my extra weight for me was by taking medication. Before taking medication, I was on diet program which has made me gain more weight after wards. I was taking Acomplia http://www.drugdelivery.ca/s33978-s-ACOMPLIA.aspx which is an effective medication to lose weight. The best thing is that you don't gain an inch of the weight after having lost the extra weight.
